___ 1a. Read the Prologue and Chapters 1 & 2 of Shadows of the
Koyukuk by the end of the week (1 hour)

Alaska and then answer the questions below the map
___ 1c. Next go to: Scavenger Hunt Week #1 Scroll down page bottom left (answer key included)
and use Alaska Interactive Map (5 minutes)
___ 1d. Explore the Visitor Center website of the closest town to you. Spend 20 minutes exploring the site.
___ 1e. Visit this site to investigate the indigenous peoples of Alaska
After looking at the map, look up the indigenous peoples who used to live where you live and Google them to discover 20 things about this group of people. (1 hour)
